Every Saturday for just under 2 years is free electric with British Gas. Now let me clarify, if it was the choice of free electric or sustainable living then sustained would win hands down. As it stands we have to take advantage of the flexibility that the offer brings. My EV is timed to charge between the hours of 9am and 5pm which is when the quota is available. As you can see by the charge monitor the washer, dryer, EV and hovering are the main activities. It is a challenge to make sure it is finished by 5pm. As I said not my ideal goal but one day sustainable living will happen to us, I am positive about that.
